Bucket Elevator

A typical bucket elevator consists of a series of buckets mounted on an endless looped chain or belt moving materials straight up at 90 degrees. This traditional method of conveying is one of the most economical, efficient and dependable means of elevating loose bulk materials. The initial cost is low, maintenance is minimal and a long life can be expected. Bucket elevators are used for vertical transportation of many and diverse bulk materials. The buckets pick up material and move it to the desired end point, discharge material and return to the starting point to pick up a new load. Chain bucket elevators are the preferred conveying systems for the transport of hot bulk materials and coarse-grained materials. FAST offers efficient and proven solutions even for the highest conveying capacities.

FAST bucket elevators are engineered based on the application, material, required horsepower, and elevator height. FAST vertical conveyor buckets are designed according to the materials it has to transport from light weight to heavy weight, making the process as efficient as possible. FAST bucket elevators are highly resistant to wear and can be placed for indoor as well as outdoor use.
